5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since our t-shirts are made-to-order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and print your design. After that, shipping times depend on your location. 7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after the order is confirmed. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

8. What is your return and exchange policy for Customized Product?

Customized products are made-to-order; hence we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will happily send you a replacement or issue a refund.

9. What should I do if my t-shirt is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, please email us at admin@ambers.in with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will process a return or replacement for you.

10. How should I care for my t-shirt to ensure it lasts?

To keep your t-shirt looking great, we recommend machine washing it inside out in cold water and air drying. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals to preserve the print, besides do not iron directly on the print. Please follow the care instructions on the label for the best results.

11. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/ WhatsApp. You can use the consignment number to track your package on the carrier's website.

12. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards in various denominations. They can be used toward any purchase on our website. You can buy gift cards directly on our site and send them to someone as a thoughtful gift.

13. What if I don’t like the design I ordered?

Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns based on personal preference regarding design. Please make sure to review your design before submitting your order. If there’s an issue with the design quality or accuracy, we’ll be happy to assist you.
